Lasagna

| 12 | Lasagna Noodles |
| 1 lb | Lean Ground Beef / Turkey |
| 1 | Can (28oz) Tomato Sauce |
| 2 tsp | Olive Oil |
| 2 | Garlic Cloves Minced |
| 1 | Onion Finely Chopped |
| 1/3 cup | Chopped Fresh Parsley or Basil |
| 1/2 cup | Okanagan Soya Co.'s Mozzarella Flavoured Loaf, Shredded |
| Salt & Pepper to Taste |
Preperation
Cook lasagna noodles according to package direction. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool.
In a saucepan cook hamburger meat until brown. Add salt and prepare to taste. In a small saucepan, heat oil, cook garlic, onion, and parsley until tender. Add to cooked hamburger meat. Add a can of tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes uncovered. Spread 1/4 of the meat sauce in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with 3 or 4 noodles and repeat twice.
Sprinkle top with shredded Soya.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
