Greek Pizza

1 12 inch p
1 lb Lean Ground Beef / Turkey
1 Can (28oz) Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Onion Finely Chopped
1/3 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley or Basil
1/2 cup Okanagan Soya Co.'s Mozzarella Flavoured Loaf, Shredded
  Salt & Pepper to Taste

 

Preperation

Cook lasagna noodles according to package direction. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool.
 
In a saucepan cook hamburger meat until brown. Add salt and prepare to taste. In a small saucepan, heat oil, cook garlic, onion, and parsley until tender. Add to cooked hamburger meat. Add a can of tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes uncovered. Spread 1/4 of the meat sauce in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with 3 or 4 noodles and repeat twice. 
 
Sprinkle top with shredded Soya.
 
Cover and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
 
Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
