Canadian Omelet (eh!!)
 
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup Milk (soy / regular)
1/3 cup Flour
3/4 cup Okanagan’s Soya Co. Cheddar Flavoured Loaf
1 tsp. Okanagan’s Soya Co. Cream Spread
1/4 cup Diced green pepper
1/4 cup Diced tomato

Preparation:

In medium size mixing bowl, beat eggs until they are frothy. Add milk (soya) and flour. Blend ingredients together (do not over mix, batter should be lumpy). Stir in soya cheese.

Pour the mixture into a hot, greased medium size frying pan. Cover with lid and cook over medium heat. When the top of the omelet is cooked (no longer runny) flip and continue cooking. The omelet is completely cooked when both sides are golden brown in color. Serves one.
