Ham/Turkey Soya Cheese Ball
 
3 cups Shredded Okanagan’s Soya Co. Cheddar Flavoured Loaf
1/2 cup Okanagan’s Soya Co. Cream Spread
1 cup Chopped cooked ham (or turkey)
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
1/4 cup Chopped (fresh) parsley

Preparation:

Beat together Cheddar Flavoured Loaf & Cream Spread. Stir in cooked meat, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into a ball, roll in chopped nuts and parsley. Wrap and chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Let stand at room temperature for one hour before serving. Then serve with your favorite crackers or vegetable sticks.

Makes about 2 cups
