Preparation:
Place
zucchini in a small microwave-safe
dish with a 1/4 cup water. Cook on
high power for 5 minutes. Drain.
Layer
toppings on pizza dough in the following
order: sauce, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes,
olives, onions, zucchini, tomato slices,
crumbled Feta, then Mozzarella. Bake
at 425°F for 15 minutes, or until
cheese is melted and crust is golden
brown.
